You may pay in person using cash, money order, or food stamps/EBT card at the location dates and time listed.

EBT card payments require a photo ID. The person listed on the card is the only one that will be allowed to purchase the food with that card.

Orders by Mail:

All Mail-in Orders MUST be in the form of a Money Order or Cashiers Check. Personal Checks are NOT ACCEPTED.

Make checks payable to: “BVCOB-AFM.” Please Enclose a “Self-addressed-Stamped” envelope for your receipt, which is required to pick up your order.

Order Deadline:

Orders must be received in the mail by Saturday, July 12th.

Watch for the “Angel Food Banner/Sign” going west on Route 45 approximately 2 miles outside of Mifflinburg.
You must bring a Large Container (i.e. a Clothes basket/Cooler/Box) to pick up your food.

RECEIPTS ARE REQUIRED TO PICK UP ALL ORDERS.

PLEASE NOTE:

There are no Refunds or Credits. If your order is not picked on distribution day by 10:00 am it will be donated to charity. If you’re going to be out of town, make arrangements for someone to pick it up for you.

Each item listed below is included in the unit for the Low Cost of $30.00.
You may order as many units as needed.
