You may pay in person using cash, money order, or food stamps/EBT card at the location dates and time listed.

EBT card payments require a photo ID. The person listed on the card is the only one that will be allowed to purchase the food with that card.
It is the LAW!

Orders by Mail:

All Mail-in Orders MUST be in the form of a Money Order or Cashiers Check. Personal Checks are NOT ACCEPTED.

Make checks payable to: “BVCOB-AFM.” Please Enclose a “Self-addressed-Stamped” envelope for your receipt, which is required to pick up your order.

Order Deadline:

Orders must be received in the mail by Saturday, September 13th.

Watch for the “Angel Food Banner” going west on Route 45 approximately 2 miles outside of Mifflinburg.
You must bring a Large Container (i.e. a Clothes basket/Cooler/Box) to pick up your food.

RECEIPTS ARE REQUIRED TO PICK UP ALL ORDERS.
PLEASE NOTE: There are no Refunds or Credits. If your order is not picked on distribution day by 10:00 am it will be donated to charity. If you’re going to be out of town, make arrangements for someone to pick it up for you.

Senior Unit:

AFM’S SENIOR UNIT
All ten individual meals are fully-cooked and labeled complete with heating instructions – just heat and serve. Each meal has no added sodium, is low in fat, and is nutritionally balanced for seniors with 3 oz. of protein, two vegetables or fruit, and a starch.
